ABOUT ME
I'm a qualified, BABCP-accredited psychotherapist and couples therapist. I've been working in mental health since 2014 and practising as a therapist since 2018.
My training is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and I'm also trained in Behavioural Couples Therapy. I draw on other approaches too, including compassion-focused therapy, psychosynthesis principles and other therapeutic ideas.
I believe therapy should fit the person, rather than expecting the person to fit into a particular therapy template.
My aim is to offer sessions that feel open, comfortable and supportive. I want you to feel able to be yourself, with space to reflect, explore things more deeply and make meaningful changes.
I see therapy as something we work on together, bringing my professional knowledge and experience, and you bringing your own understanding of yourself into the conversation.

01 / THERAPY SERVICES
There are many reasons why someone might consider therapy. You may be struggling with anxiety, feeling low, finding yourself stuck in familiar patterns, or simply feeling that something isn't quite right.
Individual therapy offers an opportunity to explore your difficulties, better understand yourself and find ways to move forward.
I work with adults experiencing a range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including:
I don't believe there's one way of doing therapy that works for everyone.
Some people come to therapy with a clear idea of what they'd like to work on, while others may need time to explore and make sense of what they're experiencing.
Our sessions will be shaped by your individual needs and what feels most helpful to you. Sometimes that might involve exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences, while at other times we might focus on developing practical ways of managing difficulties or making changes.
Our work together will be guided by your needs, drawing on meaningful therapeutic ideas where appropriate.
I also offer Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for OCD.
ERP involves gradually learning to face situations, thoughts or feelings that trigger anxiety or distress, while reducing the compulsions that maintain the OCD cycle.
The work is planned together and adapted to your individual needs.

Relationships can be rewarding, but they can also be challenging. Over time, couples may find themselves struggling to communicate, feeling disconnected or getting caught in the same arguments without finding a way forward.
I work with couples experiencing a range of relationship difficulties, including:
Couples therapy provides an opportunity for both partners to feel heard and to explore their relationship difficulties together.
My role isn't to take sides or decide who's right or wrong. Instead, we'll work towards understanding the patterns that may be contributing to difficulties in your relationship and consider how things could be different.
Sessions may involve exploring how you communicate, understanding each other's emotional needs and experiences, and finding ways to respond to one another differently.
The aim is to help you develop a better understanding of each other and work towards changes that feel meaningful for your relationship.
03 / THERAPY SERVICES
Pregnancy and becoming a parent can bring significant changes to your life. Alongside moments of happiness and excitement, this period can also feel overwhelming, stressful or emotionally challenging.
Changes in identity, relationships, sleep, hormones and everyday routines can all affect how we feel and cope. Whether you're pregnant, have recently had a baby or are adjusting to parenthood, it's not unusual to experience emotional difficulties during this time.
I support people experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties during pregnancy and after the birth of a baby, including:
